The Piglets Adventure Farm Park is home to an array of farm animals including; pigs, cows, sheep, donkeys and ponies. If you want to pet the animals then you can visit the petting barn to feed and stroke the guinea pigs, rabbits and pygmy goats.

The Shambles Market is York’s only daily outdoor market and is open seven days a week, it has more than 85 stalls selling everything from crafts, fruit and vegetables, flowers, meat and clothing.

Kennedy’s is a modern bar with two floors and a roof top sun terrace. They offer a comprehensive food menu including Sunday lunch accompanied by live jazz. The also have live bands playing every Sunday from 9pm.

You can find the The Last Drop Inn just off Kings Square. The pub offers a friendly welcome and has a wide selection of real ale and is run by the York Brewery.
